| Closing is the last
step before the house is yours. Closing accomplishes title transfer
from seller to buyer and appropriate financial transactions
i.e. transferring of monies and related accounting.
Closing will usually take place at a local escrow,
attorney, or title company. The closing will be conducted
by an escrow agent who represents the title company. The escrow
agent is an independent party in the closing transaction.
The seller chooses the closing agent that will handle the
closing.
